Job Description

As a Loan Processor Specialist, you will handle end-to-end loan processing-from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with Australian lending standards.

You'll work with CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams, and provide accurate, timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records.
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data.
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation.
  • Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use.
  • Maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions.
  • Identify areas of improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggest enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms.
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
