Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems.
About the Role- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
- Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
- Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja) to monitor and resolve incidents
- Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
- Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
- Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
- Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
- Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
- Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently
