Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in a call center environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Qualifications:
  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools to streamline processes
  • Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers
