We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional front desk support and be the first point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, identifying caller needs and routing them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Provide general information about our organization, services, or processes when applicable, maintaining accurate call logs and messages.
  • Follow established protocols and update internal directories as needed, working closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows.
  • Represent our organization with a warm and helpful demeanor in all communications, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools, with a reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting North American teams or clients.
  • Background in administrative support or executive assistance is a plus.
