We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting customers in effectively utilizing our software to meet their business objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide timely status updates, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull service request tickets from phone queues and online portals.
  • Document challenges, expectations, and steps to reproduce concisely.
  • Use remote access utilities to replicate customer challenges.
  • Provide timely and effective status updates throughout the life of the service request.
  • Communicate and recommend process improvements to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years technical experience with financial programs.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or prior legal industry accounting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office, Azure, relational database concepts is a plus.
