Job Title: Versatile Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to join our team as a Versatile Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, confirming their interest, and forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German and English. Previous experience in customer service or marketing is also essential. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads.

You will work closely with our clients, maintaining a working knowledge of their products and services. Strong administrative and organizational skills, along with attention to detail, are necessary for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of client's products and services

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
