Job Description

As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical and logistical solutions to branches to minimize vehicle downtime
  • Ensuring correct technical information is recorded in the company database
  • Negotiating best possible outcomes for client satisfaction and resolving conflicts as required
  • Assisting with tracking to ensure owners are kept informed of solutions and repair progress

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimize vehicle repair time by ensuring all warranty work is suitably covered under warranty provisions
  • Ensure failures outside of warranty receive fair levels of contribution
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or similar
  • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism
  • At least 1 to 2 years of guest services or customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict
  • Supplier management experience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style
