Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Vehicle Repair Liaison. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating vehicle repairs with suppliers and staff to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions;
  • Providing assistance to clients and other departments with any vehicle-related questions or concerns;
  • Negotiating best possible outcomes for client satisfaction and resolving conflicts when necessary;
  • Tracking and monitoring repair progress to ensure timely completion and minimal downtime;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective repair strategies;
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of all repair activities;
  • Identifying and addressing any service level anomalies or deficiencies;
  • Managing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible deals;
  • Conducting regular reviews of repair processes to identify areas for improvement;
  • Implementing changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism;
  • At least 1-2 years of guest services or customer service experience;
  • Intermediate computer skills;
  • Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict resolution;
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style;
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
