
Senior Specialist Client Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Specialist Customer Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution and administration of service orders, maintaining high quality and accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.
The selected individual will work closely with the ANZ Field Service Coordinator and Service Centre Planner to ensure alignment with the local service team and contribute to achieving RDSL/PDSL metrics and POR commitments for service business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the go-to person for all Service-related order requests and queries for ANZ business.
- Coordinate with Factory, Proposals/Project Managers, Customers, Sales, and Post Order Execution team to ensure high accuracy and speed in completing service requests.
- Handle complaints, problem solving and resolving disputes for Service Orders; escalate critical customer issues to management.
- Support RMA and warranty processes, as required.
- Support POs to factories for external repairs & chasing for deliveries, as required.
- Support shipping process for RMA and warranty, as required.
- Monitor backlog and maximize RDSL/PDSL by proactively expediting and holding Field Service & Service Centre teams / the supply chain accountable to their delivery commitments.
- Bachelor's degree, any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in order management, data entry, data administration or customer support functions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
