Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into robust technical solutions, and lead the implementation efforts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Salesforce Developer certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
