About the Opportunity

This position involves working with various technologies to deliver solutions for a healthcare-focused technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test tailored solutions using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

  • Support data administration, integrity upkeep, and continued build-out of key reports and dashboards.

  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.

  • Manage the deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.

  • Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customisation, code based & declarative tools.

  • Problem-solving skills, comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.

  • Collaboration mindset, strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.

  • Ability to proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
