Job Opportunity: Salesforce AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce AI Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing Salesforce solutions using artificial intelligence capabilities.

  • You will develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business growth.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions, guaranteeing optimal performance and security.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, aligning with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to project team members to deliver high-quality projects that utilize AI in Salesforce.
  • Lead projects by being the primary point of contact for clients and project managers, overseeing each project team member's performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed, including explaining Generative AI fundamentals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing specifically for Salesforce.
  • Preferred experience: Salesforce Einstein, OOTB GenAI & Predictive Features, Agent Studio (fka Copilot), DataCloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Detailed understanding of module development within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other computer-related disciplines.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer.
