Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Benefits Enrolment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the Asia Pacific region with their benefits enrolment and data validation needs.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide them with high-quality services that meet their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management: Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data.
  • Enrolment Processes: Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated.
  • ID Cards: Track and monitor ID cards.
  • Client Queries: Resolve client queries.
  • Contract Renewals: Support contract renewal activities for membership listing provision and reconciliation.
  • Vendor Interactions: Support interactions between clients, Willis Towers Watson and insurance vendors.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a program emphasizing mathematics or business.
  • 2-5 years' experience in insurance or outsourcing companies doing healthcare processes.
  • Previous benefits or insurance experience beneficial.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Data entry, validation and manipulation experience.
  • Ability to review data against subject domain knowledge.
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Interpersonal and team skills.
  • Proficiency in English required.
