Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of new hire classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management
    • Monitor classroom activities throughout the day.
    • Evaluate agents' level of engagement and participation.
    • Provide technical assistance to agents with system issues or connectivity problems.
    • Assist trainers in maintaining a productive learning environment.
    • Minimize interruptions during class sessions.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Complete DEJ (Daily Event Journal) updates as assigned by the trainer.
    • Document system issues, agent attendance problems, and lesson completion updates.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Ops teams to resolve agent-related issues.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage classroom logistics, including login testing and activity setup.
    • Coordinate with trainers to ensure accurate agent hours and break times.
    • Verify new hire class identity through camera verification.
    • Submit IT tickets and follow up on resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to effectively interact with agents, trainers, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in using ResultsCX and client access systems.
    • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Information:
