Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Kajabi. As an essential member of the team, you will provide assistance to customers and teammates by delivering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries via live chat, phone support, email, video calls, recordings, and help desk software.
  • Analyze and diagnose complex problems with the Kajabi platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for advanced issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain internal resources and customer-facing materials.
  • Provide training to junior support specialists as needed.
Essential Qualifications
  • 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn web-based software rapidly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating complex issues in time-sensitive environments.
  • Strong analytical and investigative ability with a desire to understand issues deeply.
  • Fast typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Mac & Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of custom domain connection and troubleshooting.
Bonus Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Previous experience mentoring/training staff.
  • Advanced knowledge of Front End Web Development tools and technologies.
  • Experience with CRM software and contact list management.
  • Advanced understanding of DNS, CNAME, SSL, and email deliverability.
  • Experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk.
