Technical Assistant for BE Residences Cebu

Position Overview:

BE Residences is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to support engineering and technical functions within our projects. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Assist engineers and project managers with technical tasks, including preparing technical documentation, conducting research, and performing data analysis.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize technical documents, including plans, specifications, and reports. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to facilitate project requirements and resolve technical issues.
  • Site Assistance: Support on-site activities by assisting with inspections, site surveys, and the implementation of technical solutions.
  • Project Tracking: Help track project progress, update status reports, and ensure that project milestones are met in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure that technical processes comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), or a relevant technical diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or related field. Recent graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical concepts and processes related to engineering and construction.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with technical software or tools.
