Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking hardware and software technical assistance. You will synthesize internal and external feedback, turning it into actionable items that drive corrective actions and support teams to deliver solutions and address issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical assistance to customers
  • Cater to inquiries related to hardware, software applications, and operating systems
  • Manage daily workload through an incident tracking system
  • Record problem resolution into a knowledge management system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 1-year technical experience
  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is a plus
  • Knowledge and comprehension of hardware systems
  • Ability to use MS Office Word and Excel
  • Possess strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
