The Role

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing internal referrals and adding them to the correct lists.
  • Scheduling and overseeing allied health appointments such as Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Chiropractic Care, Occupational Therapy, and Vision care services.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Calling approved patients to book their treatments.
  • Managing patient approvals, denials, and follow-up lists.
  • Assisting with treatment block bookings and LTD approvals.
Additional Tasks:
  • Sending faxes to healthcare providers as needed.
  • Submitting daily reports to management.

A successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting. They should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent phone and email communication skills, and ability to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently.
