We are seeking a skilled Virtual Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support in our fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize company email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Handle intake calls from patients, families, and referral sources with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation support.
  • Coordinate and process referrals from hospitals, clinics, and case managers.
  • Communicate effectively with case managers, patients, and internal staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize technology such as RingCentral for call management and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within our CRM system and Alora (Electronic Medical Record software).
  • Support the home health team with scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a healthcare-related role is required.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, referrals, and prior authorizations in healthcare is essential.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms such as CRM systems and Electronic Medical Record software is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail are crucial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting is preferred.
