Job Overview
K2 Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Manager to lead our technical support team. As the primary point of contact for clients, this individual will be responsible for managing ticket flow, coordinating with technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Coordinate with technicians to assign tickets and provide updates on service timeframes.
- Create new tickets based on service requests from clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Enter charges in tickets as needed to assist technicians in billing clients.
- Keep clients informed about service status and any changes to scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ticket resolutions.
Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of operating systems, network administration, and help desk software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
