
Remote Disaster Response Advocate

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Disaster Relief Call Center Representatives. As a representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support during disaster relief efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, and improving the customer experience.
This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including HMO coverage, meal allowances, and career growth opportunities.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
