Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update daily financial records and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate vendor orders and purchasing across multiple locations, fostering strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Assist with reconciliations, payroll reviews, and monthly financial reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Organize invoices, receipts, and vendor communications, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Admin Assistant, with a proven track record of success.
  • A background in administrative, bookkeeping, or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic accounting principles, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across several locations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
