Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administrative Support Specialist to provide support in daily operations. This role combines human resources functions with administrative tasks, offering exposure to both HR and administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes by preparing contracts and documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and ensure compliance with established policies.
- Prepare payroll data and monitor leave/attendance records.
- Help maintain staff conduct and workplace discipline.
- Record and track payment requests, reimbursements, and vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, filing systems, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers as needed.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and events while providing general administrative support to senior management as required.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, capable of independent correspondence.
- Highly organized and proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and assertive interaction when necessary.
- Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and administrative matters.
- Prior experience in HR, administration, or finance-related roles is an advantage.
