Job Title: Customer Service Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and enhance our customer service operations. As a key member of our team, you will drive initiatives to improve employee performance, customer relationships, and team dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in customer support management within a service-oriented industry, preferably in e-commerce or logistics. They should be able to manage multiple teams, possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, and inspire and develop talent.

The Customer Service Operations Manager will work closely with leadership to implement training programs, performance management strategies, and ensure the team is motivated, engaged, and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for customer support agents.
  • Collaborate with leadership to recruit and retain high-performing customer support agents, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and guide professional development initiatives to optimize team performance.
  • Manage performance reviews, provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement, and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer support management with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing multiple teams, inspiring talent, and driving business growth through effective leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
