Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to support the administration of our funds. This role will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage capital calls and distributions effectively
  • Provide audit/tax support
  • Offer pre/post close services
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financials
  • Communicate with Limited Partners

The ideal candidate will bring transparency to our stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions using our tools and resources such as:

  • Real-time IRR
  • Real-time portfolio data
  • Additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of professional accounting experience
  • 0-1 year closed-end fund accounting experience
  • Accounting or finance degree
  • Experience in interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication
  • Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Fund Administration
  • Crypto funds experience advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
