Job Description

This role is responsible for providing financial support to sales teams by reviewing and preparing budget requests.

  • Reviews and evaluates budget requests from sales teams.
  • Prepares and submits budget requests on behalf of sales teams.
  • Monitors and updates the status of budget requests.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with stakeholders to facilitate liquidation of cash advance and incentives.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of any business course or its equivalent.
  • Work experience in real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, organized and a team player.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
