Join a pioneering organization that is transforming the way the world connects. As a Sales Executive for Maintenance and Support Services, you will play a crucial role in accelerating software network transformation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to specialize in renewing, up-selling, increasing, and closing maintenance/service contracts for the Europe region. You will be responsible for selling the firm's Maintenance & Support services remotely via telephone and face-to-face meetings (where applicable) to existing customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • In coordination with Sales teams, develop and execute a plan to achieve on-time maintenance renewals for regional customer pipeline.
  • Manage MS Dynamics Administration, track deals against bookings forecast, and report ongoing maintenance opportunities stage progression.
  • Issue timely advance renewal notifications to customers and facilitate governance of expired renewals.
  • Prepare bid proposals, including interfacing with Services & Procurement teams for 3rd parties, supporting cost analysis, scope, SLA, pricing tools, and bid approval workbook.
  • Submit commercial quotations to customers and negotiate maintenance renewal price agreements.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Finance for review and approval of new maintenance contracts, payment terms, and associated T&Cs.
Requirements

You should have a solid background in a sales role in the Telco/IT industry, with experience in Maintenance & Support and/or similar professional services selling background.
