Position overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Luzon. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market share within the construction industry by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the MIMAROPA Region.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the construction industry in Luzon.

  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms to generate leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points to effectively tailor sales pitches.
  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for product improvement or new opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, conversations, and outcomes.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Must possess an updated driver's license
