
Area Sales Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Area Sales Supervisor drives sales growth and profitability by managing and guiding sales associates and agents in meeting daily targets. The role involves planning and executing day-to-day sales operations, identifying strategic areas for activations and saturations, and recommending adjustments based on market demand and behavior. The Area Sales Supervisor works closely with the Area Sales Manager and Technical Supervisor to align priorities on area penetration, port utilization, and inventory management. Key responsibilities cover achieving sales objectives, leading sales activities, screening and training agents, generating reports, and supporting marketing functions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage, particularly in sales or field operations.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, effective sales techniques, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentations.
