About the RoleThe KYC Team Lead will oversee the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring that all customer verification procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our gaming platform and protecting our customers.
Responsibilities- Lead the KYC team in executing customer verification processes.
- Develop and implement KYC policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on KYC compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of KYC regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
