Job Description

  1. Document Preparation: Prepares reports, letters, and memoranda as required for inventory and disposal of properties.
  2. Record Updates: Updates property records in PREMIS to ensure accurate information.
  3. Sectional Support: Assists in general functions of the section, such as acting as focal person/representative to different committees and submitting reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility.
  • Preferred Qualification Standards: Bachelor's degree in Social Science or other related course, one year of relevant experience, four hours of relevant training.
