Job Description
- Document Preparation: Prepares reports, letters, and memoranda as required for inventory and disposal of properties.
- Record Updates: Updates property records in PREMIS to ensure accurate information.
- Sectional Support: Assists in general functions of the section, such as acting as focal person/representative to different committees and submitting reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility.
- Preferred Qualification Standards: Bachelor's degree in Social Science or other related course, one year of relevant experience, four hours of relevant training.
