Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • General accounting: Perform tasks related to general accounting, such as reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and/or general accounting.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Willingsness to work in Quezon City.
