We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer for Governance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the governance function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- The successful candidate will review and revise existing policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
- The role will also involve drafting new policies and procedures, as well as conducting studies to evaluate their appropriateness and applicability.
- In addition, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating information and education campaign programs, including scheduling and monitoring their effectiveness.
- The successful candidate will provide initial advice and guidance to employees and units, elevating concerns to the section head when necessary.
- They will also serve as secretariat for the HR Council, preparing logistics, coordination, and minutes of meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of labor laws, data privacy laws, and pertinent regulations, as well as experience in policy design and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of management, psychology or any related course.
- At least two (2) year experience in policy design and implementation.
- At least two (2) year experience in managing and partnering clients.
- Experience in an academic setting is an advantage.
