Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist is a vital member of our organization, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of various in-scope transactions. This includes employee master data maintenance, administration of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and Government Labor Insurance (GLI), mobile phone administration, exit management, and government transactions such as SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig & BIR.

This role requires strong client-facing skills, with regular interaction with clients to address their needs and concerns.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Master Data Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
HMO and GLI Administration:
  • Manage HMO and GLI benefits for employees, including enrollment, premium payments, and claims processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mobile Phone Administration:
  • Manage mobile phone expenses for employees, including billing, payment, and asset tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Exit Management:
  • Coordinate employee exits, including termination, resignation, and retirement.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are completed and filed accurately.
Government Transactions:
  • Process government transactions such as SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig, and BIR.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
