Job Overview:

Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing job postings to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by providing orientation and exit documentation, and ensuring seamless transitions for new and departing employees.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, such as attendance, payroll inputs, and employee status updates, to provide insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures to provide prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall HR operations and company goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
