Business Solutions Consultant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant courses and at least 3-4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant using Salesforce. Background in workflow configuration, project delivery, implementation, upgrade, and support is also required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis to understand the needs and challenges of clients
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gain insights into existing processes and systems
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies and solutions
  • Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:
