At Access Offshoring, we are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and have experience in designing, developing, and deploying tailored solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for customising and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • System Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions is essential.
  • Process Automation: We are looking for a developer who can design and implement process automations using Salesforce and integrate Spinify and Spiff plus other tools to improve efficiency.
  • Maintenance & Support: The candidate will perform regular system updates, data audits, and security reviews, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and provide training and technical support to internal users.
  • Best Practices & Documentation: The successful candidate will ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards, maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.
  • Strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Spinify.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, security profiles, and data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
  • Experience with data migration and integration between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
