Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead to drive the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QA professionals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software applications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project objectives and business requirements.
  • Lead a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent teamwork and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential quality issues early in the development process.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Continuously track and improve quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Perform thorough exploratory, functional, and regression testing to ensure the reliability, usability, and performance of software applications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in Salesforce development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Certifications in Salesforce development and quality assurance, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer.
