Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in data migration and Salesforce expertise. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our Salesforce data.

About the Role
  • Migrate data from legacy systems into Salesforce efficiently.
  • Clean and standardize large datasets for import into Salesforce.
  • Ensure ongoing Salesforce data hygiene to maintain accurate and reliable records.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Migration: Prepare and execute data migrations from legacy systems into Salesforce using advanced techniques.
  2. Data Cleaning: Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to clean and standardize large datasets for import into Salesforce.
  3. Data Quality: Identify and merge duplicate records while preserving key information, maintaining data integrity.
  4. Field Formatting: Standardize field formats such as phone numbers, picklist values, number fields, and more.
  5. Data Enrichment: Enhance account and contact records with missing details such as addresses and company data.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and ensure smooth data transitions.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
  • Data Manipulation Skills: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with ability to work with complex CRM systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and SOQL queries.

  • Data Migration Experience: Proven experience with field mapping, duplicate rules, and data enrichment processes.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo: Familiarity with enriching Salesforce data using ZoomInfo tools.
