Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing brand profiles and facilitating the onboarding process
  • Welcoming new clients, addressing concerns, and clarifying value propositions
  • Understanding client needs, managing expectations, and educating them on our product offerings
  • Qualifying suitable plans and setting expectations for optimal tracking and promotion
  • Maintaining accurate records and setting up communication flows using Salesforce Admin tools
  • Providing valuable insights and feedback to internal stakeholders

This is a fully remote role with a 3-month training period at our Manila office.

About You

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for lead management and tracking
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
