Business Analyst
Position Overview:
- This is a full-time position following the standard 9 AM to 6 PM schedule.
We are shaping the future of financial services.
Main Responsibilities:- Be a promoter of our company's culture and values.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and quality assurance specialists to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Close collaboration with product managers, project managers, and subject matter experts to clarify scope and requirements.
- Support and contribute to the development of solution proposals that offer improved business efficiency and service delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope process design changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, test, and implement solutions.
- Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Create and maintain project documentation e.g. Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, etc.
- Manage Jira boards and facilitate scrum meetings.
