- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find the best candidates for our embedded teams and client partners.
- Candidate Qualification: Assess candidates' technical fit and cultural alignment through in-depth interviews and assessments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or RPO setting.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean strings and niche platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit every type of candidate.
