We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as an Attraction Strategist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the hiring process and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a headhunter, recruiter, or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, and familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails.
Additional Requirements
  • Social Aptitude: Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge to discuss client and candidate qualifications effectively.
