Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding, engaging, and qualifying top software engineering candidates for our portfolio of startup clients.

Kofi Group specializes in helping startups hire top software engineering talent. Our recruiters work closely with you to understand the role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop targeted sourcing strategies across various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche communities.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting with a strong track record using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is an asset.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
