
Commercial Partnership Specialist

- Responsabilità:
- Accogliere e formare nuovi partner all'interno della nostra rete, garantendo un onboarding efficace e in linea con gli standard aziendali.
- Mantenere relazioni solide e continuative con i partner esistenti, assicurando un alto livello di soddisfazione e collaborazione.
- Anticipare e gestire tempestivamente eventuali problematiche tecniche relative ai punti partner o ai clienti finali.
- Analizzare le prospettive aziendali per incentivare la sottoscrizione di contratti di partnership con la nostra società nelle città italiane, in base alla domanda e alle opportunità locali.
- Supportare i partner nella transizione verso nuovi processi operativi, inclusi aggiornamenti tecnologici, riqualificazione del personale o sostituzione di attrezzature.
- Una persona capace di avviare conversazioni e costruire relazioni di valore con partner e clienti.
- Motivata a concludere e gestire partnership strategiche, contribuendo allo sviluppo e alla scalabilità del progetto in Italia.
- Con padronanza dell'italiano (madrelingua) e buona conoscenza dell'inglese, necessario per collaborare con il team internazionale. La conoscenza del francese è considerata un plus.
- Con un approccio strutturato e organizzato, capace di gestire più attività in parallelo in modo efficace.
- Formazione continua per aiutarti a raggiungere il successo nel tuo lavoro quotidiano ma anche per il tuo futuro: negoziazione, gestione delle operazioni e altro.
- Un ruolo cruciale e dinamico in una società in crescita, lavorando a stretto contatto con i fondatori e il Direttore delle operazioni internazionali per sviluppare il business in Italia.
