About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial, enterprise, and strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering profitable partnerships while focusing on customer satisfaction. They will also possess excellent project management skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related matters.
  • Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth transition from the implementation team or account executives.
  • Conduct research on clients' company rebranding, organizational changes, print needs, seasonality, etc., to stay updated.
  • Bulletin Partnership development through customer success, ensuring timely delivery of our solutions according to partner requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate progress with monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track account metrics and review sales reports to determine account management strategies within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Effectively handle escalations and challenging conversations independently, leveraging the Customer Care team and management when necessary to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or equivalent roles (e.g., customer service associate).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced e-commerce environments (desirable).
  • Previous work in commercial printing businesses or similar sectors (desirable).
  • Proven track record in delivering profitable partnerships while focusing on customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills

  • Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes.
