Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase inventories, which in turn will lead to client base expansion. Additionally, this role will ensure the effective implementation of company policies that align with Rucs Konsult Corporation's vision, mission, and core values. This position will also be responsible for achieving the company's performance, KRAs, and KPIs.

Key Tasks:

  1. Managing the sellability of current inventory in terms of costing, relationship with inventory partners, and inventory information.
  2. Undertaking and tracking the productivity and efficiency of the BD Team members.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
