We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing prompt and courteous service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams globally to deliver world-class customer service.
- You will utilize incident management technologies to log, validate, track, and resolve application-related incidents.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be an asset.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related customer service role, ideally involving the use of CRMs or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
