The client is a leading optimization and personalization platform for Shopify brands. The platform offers an AI-powered visual editor to customize pages, tailor personalized experiences for multiple audiences, and add product recommendations and upsells through A/B testing.
PositionWe are looking for a customer support specialist to deliver prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses.
- Open and monitor tickets, escalating internally as needed.
- Understand customer context to offer relevant and strategic support.
- Provide guidance on CRO best practices with support from experts.
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech).
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience with CRM/ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with CRO best practices.
- Team player in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses.
Full-time, work-from-home. 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
