Operations Manager Role

Satisfy the need for a skilled professional to oversee daily operations of our hub. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, implementing procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and regulations.
  • Lead team briefings, conduct regular staff meetings and assess performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
  • Assist the Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to manage and support them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
  • Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Mid-Senior level position.
